FAQ – Synapse Zone

If you’re having trouble logging into your account, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you are using a compatible web browser.

  2. Check if the website is accessible.

    • Can you see the homepage? If yes, the website is working correctly.
    • If the page appears blank, check your internet connection, as this might be causing the issue.
  3. Try logging in using the direct login link:

    • Click here to access the login page: Synapse Zone Login.
    • Enter your username and password to log in.

If you still cannot log in, try resetting your password using the steps below.

 

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it easily:

  1. Go to the login page: Synapse Zone Login.
  2. Below the blue “Register” button, click on “Lost your password?”
  3. Enter your username or email address and click “Reset Password.”
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email right away.

 

If you’ve followed the password reset process but didn’t receive an email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder – sometimes the email may end up there.
  • ⚠️ Wait at least 15 minutes before making another request. Multiple reset attempts in a short time may trigger a security block on your account.
  • If you still haven’t received an email, contact our support team at themeetingplacesynapse@gmail.com for further assistance.

To update your personal information on Synapse Zone, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your dashboard: Synapse Zone Dashboard.
  2. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select “My Profile.”
  4. In the “Edit” section, update your personal details such as name, bio, and profile picture.
  5. Once you’ve made your changes, scroll down and click the orange “Save Changes” button to ensure your updates are saved.

If you want to showcase your work, you can update your Projects & Experiences section:

  1. In your profile, go to the Projects & Experiences tab.
  2. You can add or modify your project details, including:
    • Project name
    • Description
    • Cover image (illustration)
  3. Click the “Submit” button to save your updates.
  4. To see how your profile appears to others, click on “View.”

If you’re unable to access the courses, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Make sure you are logged in.

    • To check, look at the top right corner of the page. If you see your profile picture and the option to “Log Out,” you are logged in.
    • If you are not logged in, click here to sign in: Synapse Zone Login.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the courses:

    • Go to your dashboard: Synapse Zone Dashboard.
    • Click on the menu icon (≡) at the top left corner next to the Synapse Zone logo.
    • Select “Course” > “All Courses.”
    • You should now have full access to all available courses.

If you continue to have issues, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
